Terms and ConditionsFit Club and Vibro Club do not charge any membership or administration fees. You can pay as you go or you can pay in advance to secure a time slot. All advance payments are logged. When making bookings in Vibro Club you can only secure bookings by paying in advance.
If you are unable to attend a session in Vibro Club or an open session in Fit Club please contact reception on 01449 710389. Cancellation must be made the day before the booking, we will then offer a refund or carry the session over to another day. If a session is cancelled on the day you will be charged and payment will not be carried over or refunded. When attending a regular group session in Fit Club you will be charged for sessions which are missed. If you know that you cannot attend one week please inform reception and we will advertise your session. If some one fills your session for that week you will not be charged.
